Campaign Timeline
Deposit Start Date: January 19, 2024
Deposit Close Date: February 28, 2024
Holding Period: Deposits must remain locked until June 30, 2024, to qualify for rewards.
Program Cap
The total eligible deposit amount for the program is 1,000 BTC. Deposits will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Eligibility
Eligible Asset: Only Bitcoin (BTC) deposits made on the Bitcoin mainnet through Omnibit’s institutional-grade custodian partner are eligible.
Deposit Limits: The program is capped at 1,000 BTC in total deposits.
Deposits must be made during the campaign period (January 1 – February 28, 2024) and remain locked until June 30, 2024.
Incentives
4x Lightning Shard Multiplier Deposits held during the campaign earn 4x Lightning Shards, retroactively applied for the holding period.
Example: Normally, depositing and holding 1 BTC for 14 days earns 28,000 Lightning Shards. During the Prometheus program, the same deposit earns 112,000 Lightning Shards.
Referral Bonus
Referrers earn 20% of the Lightning Shards generated by referees’ BTC deposits.
Referees receive an additional 10% bonus Lightning Shards for deposits made through a referral link.
Exclusive Rewards
Participants receive limited-edition Prometheus NFT badges, recognising their early contributions to the ecosystem.
Additional rewards for top contributors will be announced during the campaign.

Program Cap
The total deposit cap for the Prometheus program is 1,000 BTC. Deposits exceeding this cap will not be eligible for rewards.

Fraudulent or manipulative activities, such as creating multiple accounts or using bots, are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
Program Modifications
Omnibit reserves the right to modify or terminate the Prometheus Launch Program at any time without prior notice.
